From: Shakespeare .. to: Hardy

I'm on a reading spree.. this abundance of time that i have in hand has been put into reading books. Much to my surprise, i must admit with all the popular, famed and celebrity authors of the modern day, the only two authors who really have had me thinking and have captivated me with their works are William Shakespeare and Thomas Hardy. I believe those two are the only authors or poets or whatever you would like to classify them as , who have literally juggled with the English language. All their works are fascinating and by far for me these two are the only authors who have portrayed reality in a very unique and distinctive manner .. in a way nobody has and i doubt nobody ever will.. Its remarkable how they have even valued the simplest of things in life and have brought out a bigger meaning to the word LIFE. Even a single word they write has a meaning to its meaning and its just amazing, when you consider it as a tree and you draw its picture , you will notice how many branches the tree would be having , adding to the overall beauty of the bigger picture. Most of the authors today are just a 1 hit wonder or a two hit wonder, but to be consistent and delivering at every go is another league and nobody has achieved such a feat as far as im concerned other than two of these all time greats
